Baby Freeze Tricks and L kicks



         Getting started to learn Baby Freeze is actually easy .... here we prefer the power of the chest .... and therefore you have to practice to strengthen your chest bone ... actually easier to learn Baby Freeze okey .. we just started:
The first is to put your hands on the floor 2.
Continue to put your chest to the arm in the elbow close to the stomach (it is up to the right or left)
If you use your right hand automatically put your right foot directly to the left arm.
Along with it's head put on the floor.
With nungging position.
Yes that could be the only one I love. Baby Freeze movement because it was simple. depends on you. at least 1 week max could've. if you are serious about learning.



     Lkick handstand is part of the body that require balance and flexibility. First, you should be able to do a handstand. pretty hard to do, but you should be able to handstand advance in order to perform Lkick. training takes approximately one month to master handstand.
